MINUTES FROM MAY 7, 2015 MEETING
The meeting was called to order by Dr. Jones-Nosacek at 1915.

Treasurers Report: Balance of $9,101.99
MGCMA WEBSITE: Is up and working. Plans for future use are online renewal of Membership; Attach links from other websites; provide biographies and pictures of officers; Motion approved to hire Mike Wiesmann to run the website for a monthly fee.
Men of Christ: Had a Table at the event; handed out contact information of physicians in the guild. In future, attempt to have organizers mention our presence to increase traffic to our table.
SUMMER PICNIC: Sunday July 19 @2PM with dinner at 4. Please bring a dish. Will be at Drs. Smith’s and Dasgupta’s home.
WHITE MASS: Sunday October 18th at St. Camillus. 9:30 AM.
NATIONAL CMA MEETING: In October. Dr. Jones-Nosacek, Dr. Smith, Dr. Dasgupta, and Richard Fehring, PhD, RN are attending.
WOMEN OF CHRIST: November 4, 2015. Set up a table for the event and need a volunteer.
SPONSORSHIP OF TABLES : Consider sponsoring tables of groups that the guild already supports in the past financially. Increases our chances to get together socially while supporting. Examples given Seminary Dinner, Pro Life Wisconsin and Wisconsin Right To Life.
END OF LIFE CONFERENCE: November 14th. At St Camillus. Need to check what the outside speakers will be presenting before the MGCMA can officially sponsor the event along with St. Camillus and Pro Life Wisconsin. One of the speakers is Father Andrea Vicini, S.J. Marisa Beffel, PhD was recommended as a speaker and she accepted. Looking for two more speakers.
DOCTORS DAY: In Madison on February10th, 2016. A chance to talk with legislators and present position papers.
THE MEETING WAS ADJOURNED AND CLOSED WITH A PRAYER AT 2135
FUTURE MEETING: NOT DETERMINED. Plan on discussion of Board Member length of terms. Should they be scattered on different years in order to prevent too much turnover at once.
